Yes, sometimes for less than your annual renewal cost you are currently paying.

2. Do I have to have a termite guarantee on my home to sell it?

No, homes with no coverage have reports issued on them everyday for real estate closings.

3. Is it a law to have a Wood Infestation report (a.k.a. Termite Letters, Clearance Letters) on a house when it is sold/bought?

No, there is no law. Mortgage companies and often buyers require the report.

4. Are there different Wood Infestation Reports for different loans? (VA, FHA, Conventional)

No, in the state of Georgia, there is one standardized form.

Quarterly, every three months our technicians inspect the stations and perform any measure of maintenance necessary. An inspection card will be left on your front door if no one is home.

Yes, we offer a guarantee with not limit on damage costs. Look for the bold UNLIMITED on the back of your contract.

8. Does PestCo offer Termite Baiting Systems?

Yes, we proudly install and use the advanced Termite Bating System by Whitmire-MicroGen.

9. Does PestCo only offer Termite Baiting as its method of termite protection?
|
|
No, PestCo is an authorized user of Termidor manufactured by BASF. If baiting does not interest you, conventional treatment with a non-repellant is an excellent choice.

10. I have ants! Should I keep spraying them with a store bought product?
|
|
No! Store bought products contain pyrethroids; these are very repellant to ants. If an ant nest is in your home (walls, floors, ceilings), pyrethroids will cause nest(s) to split up. Nest splitting causes the problem to escalate quickly.

11. I still have ants! What do I do?
|
|
Call PestCo. We use a non-repellant products inside and outside of your home. Ants are quickly irritated by repellant products (store bought “spays”).

12. I see big cockroaches in my house (commonly known as waterbugs, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, etc.). Can PestCo stop them?

Yes we can, these outside invaders can easily be brought under control. With a thorough inspection and product application inside and outside of your home, control can be achieved.

Not at all; we would love the opportunity to service your home.

14. I see the PestCo man spraying chemicals, am I safe?
|

Yes you are, all products used are state and EPA approved/registered. All PestCo employees are trained on the job and in the classroom. With proper application, everyone is safe. Anything used incorrectly, not just the pesticides, can be dangerous.

15. Does PestCo offer Repair Bonds?

Yes, we refer to them as guarantees.

16. I just bought a new house treated by PestCo. What kind of guarantee do I have?

A full retreat and repair guarantee with unlimited damage expense.

17. Can I get my guarantee information in writing?
|

Yes, if you did not receive a Certificate of Guarantee at closing please email or phone us. We will delivery one to you.

18. How often should my house be inspected for termites?
|
|
There is no scientific answer for this; nor do termites work by a time table. Regular inspections should be done at least every 12-24 months on your home.

20. How much notice does PestCo need to issue a termite letter?
|
|
Usually, if we can get 24-48 hours notice we can take care of anything. More notice should be considered in case the home has problems.

21. Does PestCo treat every house it inspects?
|
|
No! If your current termite company is treating every or nearly every home they inspect, they are doing you a disservice. Your clients(s) should not pay for a service they do not need.
